For everyone who followed the saga of my puppy Teddy's broken leg, I am happy to report that he has mostly healed and is recovering nicely. Completely off the pain meds unless he overdoes things, and he is actively running and playing on all four legs although he still has a limp and keeps the paw elevated when just standing. Vet says the limp may be permanent, but I'll happily live with that. He is already using the leg more than I initially expected. I even had to extend the length over twice a day walks or he just stays too wired to settle down. That's a great sign and gives me more exercise each day as well. Just wanted to give everyone an update. Teddy says, "hi!"
