@cstrutz, I cooked it in the left over grease from the steak. I am calorie counting on carnivore, which they saybyou don't need to do but, I only had 14g of pork rinds to my 236g of chicken, you may want 28g of rinds per 4oz of chicken for better coverage. In either case, it was pretty good.
