BS 125 Party 🥳 last night 🌙 great time but are too late and slept terrible 🙃. Need to exercise but I'm feeling lethargic because of cake 🎂. Food not bad steak 4 oz baked potato and butternut squash with lots of salad! it was the CAKES yummy
85.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
