I'm counting my calories and working our daily. I feel like I should have already lost another lbs or 2. I haven't. I'm not even costuming all my calories most days. Yesterday, I did go over by about 100 calories. I'm cycling 10 plus miles or walking and cycling. What can I do differently to see more results?

Thank you. I've added small weights in the last couple of days. But I'm thinking heavier weights on their own time. Because I started using my weights as I cycle. Trying to get a full body work out. Thank you!
