Well I tried that Military Diet they have on Pinterest. The first week went alright. I lost 6.5 lbs. This week... Well I think that's enough of that. lol I don't peanut butter. So, I'm going to modify it a little and see how that works. Wow... That sugar withdraw was a terrible. I don't want to go through that again.I was able to walk 2 miles today without any foot pain so, that was quite an accomplishment. I have been having foot problems lately so walking for any length of time could be really painful. I hope I'm on the mend.
