Yesterday’s results: had 1,968 Calories, over 40 grams of Fiber, over 100 grams of Protein, 12 cups of water, 4 cans of Diet Coke. I only walked 5 miles, and I didn’t do ANY of my PT exercises! Not counting the few days I’ve missed, I have completed three sets of 10 reps of 18 different exercises, ranging from two to nine minutes in length, to complete 66 days of exercising! I think I’m going to take it easy on them for the next five days until surgery. If the muscles are gonna get strengthened, they should be by now! I have a boatload of things to do! Have to put together a heavy-duty storage shelf so we can move about a 6’ square area of tools and misc from my husbands office to make room for my Rollator to be able to get through for walking after surgery. Have to do the same area of stuff from my old office for the same reason. Want to thoroughly vacuum the whole house, clean the bathroom, begin to pack my hospital bag, do all the laundry, and a host of other things - og yeah, read the Dishwasher manual and fill out registration card, do same for grand-daughter’s new mattress. Have to move a very heavy loveseat over to get Walker through, also. I REALLY want to build back up my walking distance after surgery, and the more places I can access to walk, the less boring it will be. OK, not getting ANY of it done while I’m sitting here typing!
