No sure how to record today. So this stupid humidity is just NOT going away. And last night, my worst night sleep ever, brought my Meniere's on strong. The world was spinning, and all the Gravol in the world is not working. I've said this before, and sorry TMFI, but nausea, vomiting, etc. doe NOT stop me from eating. Nor does this heat. BAD COMBINATION!!!
Needless to say, I'm very CICO today, just not quite how one is supposed to do it. 🤣🙄

I heard there was going to be a nasty humidity front moving in... that has to be really uncomfortable. Yep, burning off the calories is one thing, but going out the way it came in, is not great... hope things change soon.

It's getting quite draining actually. Lots of water & electrolytes to combat the inevitable dehydration, but even that isn't staying down. *sigh*

suffered an ear imbalance twice in my life. The first round lasted about a month and even with drugs, I'd get seasick just turning in bed. Then poof, one day it went away. The second time round was last year, but physio showed me some things to do to relocate the misplaced crystals in my ear. Got sea sick doing it, but it worked.

hey anni, yeah the motion sickness is horrendous with inner ear issues. I've had Meniere's since I was 15 and I liken it to dealing with the morning after a night of partying without having the benefit and fun of actually partying. 🙄

Another humid day and another round of nausea. So far I have kept food in, but it's been close a few times. Funniest thing is, we won't remember this heat come January and be whining and begging for summer to come fast. Ah the life of a Canadian, lol

It's so dry here, the place might spontaneously combust! So much for the nickname 'the Wet Coast' including humidex, we're around 25 every day, for dunno how long now... months.
