I just keep moving for 3 hours...ain't nothing hard here at all...my husband uses an IPOD ...but I prefer to think my own thoughts and stare at our beautiful river here in Port Orange Florida...we walk our causeway area and the bridge...
Now of course dear I am retired .so that helps..we get to the bridge at 4:30 and stay for 2 to 3 hours every morning...
