Met all of my goals yesterday. Got in TEN cups of water, 30.1g Fiber, 102.96g Protein, walked 5 miles, did all PT exercises, and Calories were only 1,659. Weight this morning was down a good bit, PTL!
I changed my weight goal, because I had already attained the 189.8. New goal is to get into the 170’s (179.8). Might be slow in coming because I’ll have to walk with a walker for 3-6 weeks after surgery, and I won’t be able to walk nearly as far as I’m currently doing.
Grandson coming unexpectedly this morning and I’ll have him all day so my daughter can pack to move them all downstairs (basement) here this weekend.
