Woke at #222 was on Vacation in Italy for 2 weeks, did a lot of walking, but ate too much! Doing food and wine tours, my wife was in Ireland prior 10 days prior to joining me, I ate, ate and ate, do I regret it, no, now back to reality, I can do this. Back in the saddle again, And I'm DO N OK, but fatter!!
