Ok, so the scale hasnt been going down, but man, have I lost some inches!!!!!!!!!!!! That means I'm losing fat, right? I have no fat on my legs anymore, and the only place I still have chub on is my stomach, which is still going down, just slower. I figure my body really has no choice but to eat up the rest of that next!
I am about 10-11lbs overweight now, instead of 124lbs overweight!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll take that. Being 10 pounds overweight after being 125lbs overweight is surreal. I did it slow enough that I have no loose skin yet and with toning, weight training and a good tan, I think I look pretty good. :)
It's taken me 2 years but it has totally been worth it.
