A saying I heard about going to the gym applies here also, if you don't see the results you want, keep going. Even if you don't see any results for a long while, turn up and keep going. If ever you feel like stopping, keep going. Just keep going. This happened to me, I was stuck at the same weight for 3½ weeks, the scales would hover at the same weight withing a few hundred kg, then just like that 2 weeks later I've lost nearly 3kg. The truth was I got a bit complacent with my diet habits even though I didnt think so. Regardless of what I say, keep going.

your body is adjusting and compensating. give it time to settle and find its way. once your body get used to your new life style, it will become very efficient and ramp up metabolism. you will lose weight. be patient and be consistent.

Same here! I'm doing everything right. I'm definitely consuming far less calories than I should and exercising, yet nothing is budging. It's very disheartening, but what else can we do except keep trying? 🤷‍♀️

I once had a plateau of 5 weeks!!! Then, all at once, I had a big drop. And was over the moon. Something to do with fat cells collapsing. Fat gets used, and the body fills the cells with water to maintain the storage, should the fat return. At some point, the cell can't hold the water any longer (it is a fat cell after all). It needs the fat there & therefore collapses, causing a satisfying weight drop. Keep going. Don't let this undo all your hard work. This is normalxx
