Start dr 70.8 kg , total turun 6 kg dlm waktu 6 minggu. 4 minggu awal turun 5 kg, 2 minggu berikutnya mulai slowy. Kayaknya badan mulai ngajak bercanda 😀 #masih belum bisa keluar dr sekte angka timbangan nih
64.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
