I'm debating on buying twenty pound dumbbells, or buying a barbell set for my next reward if I workout 6 days a week. I may have to increase anyways because strapping 15+10#'s or 2 15's together to make 25-30#'s is cumbersome and feeling too light for large muscle exercises.

Lineruds I have adjustable dumbbells that are pretty sweet (past journal pic) and are great for upper body workouts. Once I upped the weight it was hard on my elbows and form in general for lower body because of the shape. So now I use the barbell for lower lifting days and these for my full body HIIT routines. This style of plate really is handy.

Otb so close! Lol the floor is 75%glued down and new molding is here. We’re ordering a new tv and mirrors today. We got impatient and moved the rack in. So we probably could’ve been done with the floor but we chose to workout instead. 🤷♀️😅

Those are cool! I use plates in my bodypump class sometimes and these would be so much easier to grab!!👍💪

Diana they’re great! I’m always scared to drop a dumbbell on myself doing crunches and skull crushers. These feel nice and secure in my hands. Lol
