Weight is coming down 🤣 BUT! I'm stronger. I am weighing about 4 hours later in the day than normal so this may only be a today's weight sorta thing. But I've made it back to my strongest self since 2021. Really excited to see how much further I can take myself. But one day at a time. I also have less joint and abnormal muscle soreness compared to 2021 me so I'd say my experiences since then have served me well in attaining a better me today with less of the wrong pain. Eating more chicken than I have been for the last 2 weeks. kCal slightly under yesterday. I was doing more moving around than usual yesterday at work too. Sticking to this path I'm on now as it seems to be working. ALSO! I almost took a rest day today. There was a power outage in my area so gym was kicking people out when I got there. Got the chance to go in afterwards though. I ended up taking 2 pre-workouts scoops. 1 before I got kicked out and 1 before I actually went in. Feeling tingly 🤣
