I'm back and I have to get serious about it. My husband recently found out he had high blood pressure after he was injured at work and completed his year-long recovery. He went back to work at a new place and loves it and has been losing weight. Like 30lbs in 2.5 months! He has been very careful about what he's eating now. So now he has been finger waging at me! lol I am going to have to get on it and try to keep up, he has 30lb head start!
