I'm realizing that my job now has me sitting on my butt more than I was before 🤣 I am probably not burning as much calories now as I was before. Might need to rethink the kCal if I'm not seeing further results in the mirror. On the gym side of things, today was PULL day. My Pull ups are getting MEANNNNN 💪🏽💪🏽 I'm working on variations now and I have the best control of pull ups than I ever had since starting my fitness journey. Still doing the cold showers. I'm casually walking into them now. Change is always hard in the beginning. When it becomes a habit, it's awesome.
