I usually do about 8 miles in 30 minutes but today I pushed myself to do 10 miles in 35 minutes. 😊

Wish I could get up to 19 MPH. I usually average between 16 - 17 MPH, and ride between 21 - 24 MPH depending on the total length of time. Great job getting there !!
