5/27-6/6 去義大利11天,每天都吃好料,竟然沒有變胖!雖然肚子肉變的沒有那麼緊實,整體看起來是瘦的。

1.走路是有用的,每天至少走13000步
2.澱粉量和運動有關,如果運動較少,減少澱粉攝取
3.肚子的肥胖和飲食有很大的關係
