I forgot to put my weight in Friday. surprised im down another lb. Sunday I went to a church focused on fruit and had 2 pancakes that I brought ended with an egg cheese potato Castrol yum. end of summer brunch but then only had dinner. back to normal today. Apple and coffee before crossfit.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
