I know I am probably not eating enough cals for the day these past few days but I am working on being more aware of actual hunger vs emotional hunger.
Just a bit ago I was feeling very hungry so just ate a banana and I know its still not enough but for now I want to see how long that will hold me off and drink some water or calorie free drink.
I need to work on drinking more water, I know the diet drinks are not good for you so try not to drink those. I am also taking miracle burn with hoodia and I have noticed less of an appetite, which for now is what I need.

Try some skim milk with the banana. Also I found this week that when I get really hungry I go eat a normal meal. I just stop when I am full. I am not going to binge eat anylonger. If I want a peice of pizza I will eat a thin slice and count the points. I am tired of being hungry. I am gonna eat a nice meal when I have dieted regular and getting tired of it so I want binge.

Ya that is what my goal is too, to be able to eat what I want but not over doing it. Im not much of a milk drinker, Im dairy sensitive, tho cheese doesn't seem to bother me. I need to drink more water.
