ok, I know its probably not a big deal to some but it is to me lol.
I have actually lost 6 lbs to date because I didn't join this group until a week after I started my so called "diet".

I needed to enter that for me :)

I actually found that I can actually change my starting weight so I did it and I was down another half pound today. YEAH!!!
