Nice climb! That will get you lean alright. 

It’s a beautiful part of the world quiet smooth roads and plenty of Hansel & Gretel type villages dotted about  

By the way Anne 3 new Plank additions added to the daily routine - side under twists, push up one arm then back to “resting” plank and one arm / leg raises - so thanks for the stimulus idea 💡- puffing like a steam train 🚂 @ the end of those sets 🤣🤣🤣 

It's hard work ! Now, focus on form and doing the transitions gracefully and controlled 😃 earn that gateaux 😄😄
