are you tracking everything you eat?? your diary has the astriks by it which means "some of what I ate" .. drink more water.. I found if I do not drink at least 94 ounces of water (usually I drink 128) I will gain weight... also eat more veggies.. and fruits.. there are carbs in them but they are not like processed carbs.. Take a day off from exercise - let your muscles rest.

i drink about 12-14 glasses of water a day. It says some but its actually everything i'm just too lazy to change the tabby thingy. I need to find more fresh veggies to nosh on. Eating this indian food every night is killing it i swear. -___-

Restaurant food is notorious for being sodium laden, so when you eat out an any restaurant you can gain water weight the next day. Also, you said you were feeling amazing and look great. So go by how you look and feel and not some number on the scale. The scale doesn't tell the whole story. Keep eating clean and doing your exercising. It sounds like your doing great. Give yourself a cheat meal or treat once a week if it helps you stay on track. If you really want to get some weight off, play around with your calories. Maybe try zig zagging the calories more with high and low days.
