in a couple days it will be 10 weeks since I started keto with intermittent fasting. I've lost 16 lbs. The first couple weeks I lost 7 lbs then it seems like it was slow going. Ive given myself a few cheat days during this time, but not crazy over iard. so I gained a pound here and there but then it comes back down. I weigh myself everyday, probably shouldn't, but it's a motivator for me to stay the course. when I look back at my weight graph it's a great visual to see the progress. I've only got about 17 more to go to be at my goal weight. I'm patting myself on the back today!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I see your achievement. 👍 Congratulations! For me, IF, Calorie Deficit, CICO, Portion control, Walking, and Positive Thinking/Attitude are so helpful to control my weight.
