Woohoo! I actually woke up early and worked out! Hopefully a sign of things to come.

That's great! I worked out last night after a month and a half of lazyness... now I need to lose my 3 lbs and hopefully everything goes well so I workout tonight as well! Keep it up, a lot can be achieved with motivation and persistance!!
