Today is a great day. Have been fallowing the login for what I am eating. Seeing some results. Almost lost a pound in 4days.

I know it will be a journey , but with discipline and support will go trough.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
