I did go down a lb and I feel lighter but I have also been pushing myself to the limits on my working out and for what a lb lost which I will gain tomorrow eating a salmon sandwich mustard instead of mayo of course. If you can't tell I am frustrated than I am sorry today some success is not even on my things to log.
