It's time for my Week 8 review and I have lost a total of 9kg since starting this journey.😀 The weight loss has started to slow, with only 0.4kg lost this week. My weight has fluctuated up and down all week 🎢. This is probably due to my carbs being up again: I've been eating too much dark chocolate. 🍫 Back to basics this week, low-carb and plenty of salad & veg. I'm not buying any more choc for a while either. If I don't buy it, I cant eat it! 🙃 I'm determined to keep going.🏃♀️ Here's to a better week going forward 🙂
