I waited till I was totally famished to eat today, and almost did what I used to do (throwing down mindless, empty calories). But I stopped and made something fresh and it only really took 5 min. So much more satisfying… 😌

Good for you! I have so many days where I don't want to pack a healthy lunch, but I make myself do it anyway and find it really isn't that much extra effort. My best strategy is keeping a good food environment in my house. Harder to grab the junk when I don't buy it and bring it home in the first place

teachertracey -- I'm pretty blessed on that front. My husband is totally into healthy, whole foods. I don't think the man has ever met a veggie he didn't like
