okay...after a short hiatus, i'm back. a whirlwind of a week, topped off with some travel this weekend, made it especially difficult to track. so, i didn't. i remained mindful about what i was eating and how much, and tried to make healthy choices when eating out. hoping to get back on track starting today. just joined a gym that is less than half a mile from my home. i'm off to there now... woohoo!!
