I feel hungry but I don't want to cook. Maybe a coffee with cream and then sleep.. I need to sleep 8 hours!

3rd day on induction means I'm probably already in ketosis... tomorrow I'll try the strips and see... I need some extra motivation.

I already lost 1.9 kg in only 3 days... water... lots of water!

I have a party on friday, a guy I like is going. I want to look nice. Of course I can't do any magic in 2 days but it would be good to reach 68 kg by then.
