So tired...

So much work to do...

Need to exercise but don't have time...

Massive headache

Sad faces all round :(

But on the plus side I've still stuck to under 1200 calories, even though I'm not doing any exercise.

You are writing the story of my life :) No time for anything except sad faces. You will TAKE the time when you get tired of putting yourself last. I can't wait for the day you do :):)

You should be getting 1200 kcal minimum. Just be careful you're not consuming too little. I always used exercise to keep me going whenever i'm studying. But i'm a freak. If i started to fall asleep i'd slap myself do 10 pushups and get back to work. You'll be done SOOOOOON!

do you have time to get up in the morning and brush your teeth?? than you have time to get up and do exercise.. seriously you either do it or you don't but whining about not having the time isn't gonna make life easier.. .I am 28, single, am raising a very active 6 year old, work full time, and up until recently was a full time student and still am able to find time to exercise... if you can't do a steady half hour - hour at a time do it in break downs.. 10 minutes 3 times a dy... go for a walk, do some pushups anything like that is exercise get that heart pumping... also eat more....more veggies, more fruits, more whole grains, more protein and you will find you have more energy... drink water... it helps with the headaches - at least it does for me.

hi as it already was said before you might not eat enough. it's like having to drive a car without fuel! your food is your fuel and if you don't have enough of it you'll tire out easily and your body starts to hibernate. I am reading Susann Powerters "Stop the insanity" right now and she explains in detail why eating is necessary for loosing weight. you might like to check into this :o) good luck!

You can do this! I completely agree with Ninjapanda's advice. Something that helped me was figuring out a schedule that worked for me. Once I did that I found it was easier to stick to it. Hope this helps.

When I was working 3rd shift I would go to the restroom during my break time and do squats. It was hard at first especially when other ladies would come into the restroom, but it got easier, and I got really good at doing squats! I used my two 15 minute breaks to exercise at work and I cut my lunch period down to 15 minutes so I could go back to the restroom and do more squats. I know this may sound gross but when you have a busy home life, and work schedual you have to find time somewhere. I remember that when my girls were little I would use them to excersise as well. They thought it was a game, I would let them use my legs as a horse ride as long as they said their abc's. So really we all benifited from that. They were getting ready for school and I was getting nice muscles in my legs/thighs. :) If you cut out the sugars your headaches will go away. It took me 4 days to get rid of my headaches. Take tylonol so you don't have to suffer. The more you walk the more energy you will have. I started out walking with my neighbor at 5:30am and now I am walking at 5:30 and then again at 7:30 when my husband comes home. Trust me when I say this "I am a lazy person" I hate going out. My disc ruptured in my back and I had back surgery in March. I did not want to excersise, my head hurt, and I felt like I had no time for myself. YOU CAN FIND TIME. It may take you to figure out "is it worth sleeping in or should I get up earlier than the rest of the family and take time for myself." You will make the right choices I am sure. Good luck to you and stay strong.:)
