Weigh-in 201.0 this morning. Amazingly, that's down a pound from last week, even though I averaged 1,995 calories per day. I feel like this is going to be a good week. Next Sunday's calories will be really high, though. I'm making Mother's Day Dinner for my son's family of 3, my daughter's family of three (not the boyfriend who is kicking them out on 6/9), my mother-in-law, my husband and myself. The menu is really high-calorie. The goal is to make all the things we haven't had in years! Spiral Honey Ham, Sweet Potato Casserole, Pineapple-Cheese Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Broccoli Casserole, 6-Layer Caramel Cake, and 4-Layer Chocolate Dessert. Plus, my daughter is bringing a pasta salad. I'm also getting a Chicken Nugget tray from Chick-fil-A because the kids don't like ham and my daughter-in-law is Jewish and doesn't eat pork. I'm planning to only keep two servings of each thing (except the green bean casserole) for leftovers and give all the rest away. If it is here, I will eat it, and I don't want to completely sabotage next week, too.
