Well ... having a little trouble trying to keep my weight down... but I am back on track .... :)
I am now working out at least 4 times per week... something I didn't do before ... no wonder ha ! :P ..

I am not that down to be honest .. maybe I should? ups!... oh well ... you learn from mistakes right? nothing to be ashamed of.... I went twice on vacations the past 3 months = fun! ... and Summer is finally in Wisconsin....and with that, festivals every weekend ( blame it to the hot and nice weather? eh .. why not ;) ...

But seriously ,,,, Back on track, with a positive attitude. I have a beatiful life, I have a job and I have the opportunity to choose what I want to eat, I can pay my gym membership... some people take that for granted.... there are people starving in other countries or even in America, and we are so blessed to have the opportunity of choosing to be healthy, going to the supermarket and pick organic, low calorie this or that, better quality for some many things.... think about it .... and be thankful :)

Well ... that's whatt happen when you don't write a journal for a long time....

Hope someone missed me ... :) ;) ... because I am back !

thank you ! :) ... I better take advantage of that attutide now ;), I always think that sometimes we are too hard with ourselves, don't you think ?? anyway .... glad to see someone visiting my journal LOL. Hope you are doing awesome ... I know you are :)
