Periodisk fasta ( 16:8 ) verkar funka bra, tillsammans med daglig motion såklart. Aldrig under 30min och gärna gym / cykel / promenad med packning.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
