Notes to self:
Sugar still the issue. And lack of fruit and vegetable matter. Do better when I have a high protein low carb breakfast, so will go back to eggs for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is also, still the key. On days I eat bfast late or not at all, I gain. No matter what my calorie count is for the day (well, provided the calorie count is over 1200).
It appears that 1800 calories a day maintains my weight at 210. Anything over on average causes extreme weight gain. 1400 and under, but not under 1000 makes for slow weight loss. Diet has to have high protein and fiber and I need to supplement vitamin c.
