took a break from reporting weight. I had to, for my mental focus. I have found Keto and low-carb life style, and being on a strange upswing in my weight due to medication.. I am finally down a substantial amount, feeling good... and working towards correcting my A1-C counts.
My biggest hurdle is stopping the sugar/carb intake. This one matches right up there with quitting smoking for me! But since this new journey of smacking my system around left and right, I am happily unstuck, and down 20 lbs.. I have 5 more months till my next blood work appointment.. I am eager to see what my numbers will be!!
