Log everything, end each day at a calorie deficit and trust the process. The scale will move but in the meantime enjoy the NSV

better that than the opposite in my opinion, it just means you lost volume and fat and possibly gained a bit of muscle. if you fit better in your clothes that's progress 👏👏
