You have to vacpack or seal protein in a bag first silly Breezy. 🤦♂️ I general add butter, salt & fresh thyme. Immersion circulator was set to 108F and cooked for 20-30m. Yummers🤤

Correct Breezy👍 "Sous-vide" is kind of a misnomer for the water-bathing process as you don‘t have to do short cooks without air (vac-sealed). And technically, this wasn‘t poached which why it‘s quoted in the description.
