@bunnyrabbit69 - Just canned salmon with 1 TBS Dijon mustard, 1 tsp minced onion, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1 TBS sour cream, salt and peepper.

Sometimes the ugliest foods are the tastiest. I'm more plant-based, so I do love a good glop of vegetarian refried beans (made without lard), but wow, do they look awful! 😂

Breakfast today: 5 over easy eggs mixed into a truck stop house salad with shredded cheese and a Tblsp of some hot Hatch NM salsa. Mixed together and warmed in the Microwave. Not a pretty pic in the mind but delicious! 😜
