I have had the worst week! I gave in to a Chinese Buffet, and that was the end of it. I have not watched what I have ate since then. I think the best way for me to get back on track is to start from the beginning, follow a simple diet, and exercise plan to get me back on track. I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel, and it's slowly reminded me of why I started to lose again. I hate feeling frumpy!!!
