On again, off again on my diet / exercise "plan". Well, folks, it's time to get serious. As the saying goes, I'm not getting any younger! And, I'd like the later years of my life to be as healthy as possible.
But I sure haven't been acting that way. Left on my own, without a food plan, eating things that I wish, I'll just keep gaining fat. This is no good.
Time to change!
