Not happy with the weight gain, but have increased activity.
No excuses but... Had visitors from our CT office all last week and several farewell parties for a retiring executive. Doctor's visits that haven't been all that positive, keep fingers crossed that tomorrows MRI/Ultrasound bring back good news. Stressing about up coming cruise. Been a long time since I've taken an actual vacation for a week. Will be traveling with Friends, but not my usual comfort buddies.
Am happy that my weight is still down from my last health assessment 8 months ago. Now off to lunch with coworkers. Sushi - heavy sigh.
