Remember to celebrate the victories and not obsess over what's left to do. I lost 4 lbs in May!!!!!! I remind myself that sustainable weight loss is a slow process. If it drops too fast, I should be worried. I'm not interested in starving myself. I am interested in living a healthier better life and be the best me I can be!
