Day 21 and I lost a couple pounds, finally. What feels even better is that I feel my pants getting a little looser, just a little, but I feel it, that is what I have been waiting for. I don't really mind what the scale says but to actually feel like I have lost something is the motivation that I need to keep going. I have been doing really good, eating good, exercising, just really not having that hard of a time. I am looking forward to feeling my clothes getting to be too big, thats a great feeling isn't it?
