I've changed my weight loss goal to one that's about 10 lbs away. I'm going to continue to chip away at this in ten pound a year increments. I've been struggling since december with the same 7 or 8 lbs, so, back to food journaling and once I take the 10 lbs off, I'll reset the goal for 10 more. On the bright side, I've kept more than 50 lbs off for more than a year now.

I do this all the time. Helps me feel like my goals are more attainable and when i reach my mini goals, i get that instant gratification I need.. and 50 lbs is pretty amazing in my book !
