Today I walked nearly 20,000 steps and burned over 1,000 calories. I didn’t have enough protein though :(
I made sure to share my food a lot instead of getting my own. This really helped to keep the calories down and controllable.
Furthermore, I overestimated the calories because exact counts aren’t available. Hopefully it is accurate!
