Up a couple lbs for the first time since I started tracking calories at the beginning of this year. I know I've been "bad" this week - making choices I know aren't the healthiest, eating more than I need to/more than I know I should, and generally turning to food for "comfort".
There was a system upgrade last weekend at work to the system I primarily use all day. There's a pretty steep learning curve, and it's been stressful this week re-learning how to do everything. Not to mention there's a lot of extra temptation with food being ordered in for the team working on the upgrade. Trying not to beat myself up about it, with minimal success.
103.2 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
