Sweet. My buddy had me try the distilled water thing this past week. It was rough but along with the following a keto dietary change it's nice to see the loss. I won't be doing distilled water again nor at the diminishing amounts I was at by yesterday but it was still cool to see just how much water weight you can get rid of. I'll work back up to a gallon of water a day by Monday so I do expect the weight to probably go back up by my official weigh-in Monday morning but that's fine. Overall I'm still losing the weight consistently and I'm happy with that.
133.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 51.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
